The waitlist
When you join the waitlist we keep your email address and the date you joined, so that we can email you when Catalyst launches. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t sell or share it. Each email we send lets you unsubscribe, which removes your address.
To be removed sooner, email hello@catalystworkouts.com from the address you signed up with.
Checking you’re human
The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated sign-ups. Turnstile checks your browser without tracking you across sites; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for what it processes.
Program pages
When you enter your own numbers on a program page, they are worked out in your browser and never leave your device. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
