This workout’s sets follow from your answers on the day.
John Meadows Resistance-Band PPL asks you questions before this workout, so its sets follow from your answers on the day.
6 workouts a week, on whichever days suit you.
The program’s own rules, as Catalyst runs them.
Rotate Push, Pull and Legs twice through a week, placing rest days where your recovery needs them. Before training, inspect your bands and any anchor and make sure both are secure. Choose the band setup and rep targets that let you work hard with good form, then do three sets of each exercise in order. Give each side the full target for single-arm and single-leg work. There are no fixed rep targets, rest periods, tempo or automatic weight increases. Before adding the seventh leg exercise, watch the creator’s leg demonstration and choose the exercise and amount of work.
Everything its exercises call for. Missing something? The app suggests swaps that train the same thing.
See every program like it ranked for what you want, how often you train and what you have, each with why it fits and what doesn’t. Compare any three side by side.
