How it works
The program’s own rules, as Catalyst runs them.
Train three nonconsecutive days each week, alternating A/B/A and B/A/B continuously. Add your chosen exercise increment after a successful workout. After the first miss, repeat the weight; after a second consecutive miss, reduce it by ten percent, round down to a weight your equipment allows and start counting misses again from zero. In Workout B, the movements use ninety percent of the current Workout A movements’ working weight, rounded to the nearest equipment increment, with halfway values rounded upward. Choose three to five minutes of rest for main work and one to two minutes for accessories.
