How it works

The program’s own rules, as Catalyst runs them.

Complete four workouts in order in each of the first two weeks. Place the first taper workout four to five days before your meet and the second two to three days before it, then rest until the meet. Take three singles per lift at RPE 8, 9 and 10 in the meet. Choose weights to match those efforts. Base back-off weights on the weight you actually lifted in the top set and round to your chosen weight increment, downward at an exact midpoint. Complete the weekly conditioning work once in each training week.
