How it works
The program’s own rules, as Catalyst runs them.
Train four workouts a week in order for twelve weeks. Choose safe rep-max attempts and decide when each test is finished. Base later main-lift back-offs on the matching rep maximum you just reached. Choose assistance weights if you use them. Rest three to five minutes for main work, two to three minutes for second-tier percentage work and thirty to sixty seconds for assistance.
