How it works

The program’s own rules, as Catalyst runs them.

Repeat the eighteen workouts of the six-week cycle. Use ninety-percent training maxima for squat and front squat, and your chosen max for pull-ups. Round weights to your chosen increment. Add the weight increase only to the later six-by-two squat workouts. Follow the separate instructions for plate-loaded and body-weight back extensions. After the final squat AMRAP, choose how to calculate the next maxima and plan a deload before choosing them.

What you need

Everything its exercises call for. Missing something? The app suggests swaps that train the same thing.
